1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a rider on Flow.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Flow reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

2. Nature of the Service

Flow is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers offering transportation services. Flow does not employ drivers and does not itself provide transportation services. Drivers using the platform operate as independent contractors, and Flow is not responsible for their individual conduct, driving, or compliance with applicable regulations, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

3. Booking, Fares & Payment

• Fares are calculated by the platform based on distance, time, and applicable pricing rules, and are displayed in the App before you confirm a trip request.
• Flow currently operates on a cash-payment basis. You agree to pay the driver directly in cash upon completion of the trip, in the exact or nearest available amount.
• Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a confirmed trip after a driver has been assigned and has begun travelling to your pickup location, as disclosed in the App.
• Waiting time charges may apply if a driver arrives at the pickup location and you are not present within the grace period disclosed in the App.
• Flow reserves the right to adjust pricing rules, cancellation fees, and waiting charges from time to time, with notice provided through the App.

4. Rider Obligations

As a rider using the Flow platform, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate pickup location and be reasonably available at the agreed time and place.
• Treat all drivers with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
• Pay the full fare in cash upon completion of each trip.
• Not request the driver to violate traffic laws, take unauthorised detours, or engage in unsafe conduct.
• Not cause damage to the driver's vehicle, and to reimburse the driver for any damage you cause.
• Not carry prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items during a trip.
• Report safety incidents, disputes, or complaints to Flow promptly and accurately.

5. Ratings & Account Standing

• Drivers may rate riders following each trip; your cumulative rating may affect your ability to be matched with drivers.
• Flow may suspend or permanently deactivate rider accounts that fall below minimum rating thresholds, generate repeated cancellations, or receive repeated substantiated complaints from drivers.
• Submitting false reports or complaints against a driver in bad faith is prohibited and grounds for account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Harass, threaten, assault, or defraud drivers or other platform participants.
• Provide false information during registration or trip requests, including false pickup or drop-off locations submitted in bad faith.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Solicit drivers to complete trips outside the platform in a manner that circumvents platform safety records.
• Leave belongings in a driver's vehicle intentionally or refuse reasonable requests for their return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with Flow are the exclusive property of Flow and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Flow's intellectual property without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Flow does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the App or the availability of drivers at any given time or location.
• Flow is not responsible for the actions, omissions, driving conduct, or any acts of drivers, who operate as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of Flow.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the equivalent of the fares paid by you through the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Termination

• You may deactivate your account at any time through the App settings.
• Flow reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with or without notice for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Flow may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flow is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the competent arbitration authority in the applicable jurisdiction, unless prohibited by local law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
